病态赌徒文菁（蔡卓妍 饰）跟讨厌赌博的全守正（张继聪 饰）闪婚后，参加戒赌治疗班，却难忍赌瘾而被守正悉破，文菁搬返旧居决心戒赌，守正明白“同甘共苦”道理，决定与老婆共渡患难。 富二代赌神Ian（朱栢康 饰）对守正小时候让他出丑一事一直耿耿于怀，决心报复。守正妹妹知盈（吴家忻 饰）和文菁弟弟文明（邱士缙 饰）被挟持在Ian开设的非法赌场，文菁为了营救二人，再次破戒，联同守正与Ian展开终极一赌……
