得知母亲急性尿毒症病发的郑德帅，与同母异父的弟弟魏小建正在为医药费发愁之际，意外看到“我是大明星”直播大赛的消息，参加即有机会获得500万奖金，兄弟俩蠢蠢欲动。幕后老板梅方正，私下与哥俩达成秘密协议，只要他们能把患有神经病的侄女送到海南，就能直接进入复赛。郑德帅突然脑洞大开，欲展开一场“绑架直播”。雾霾严重的夜晚，城市笼罩在一片雾茫茫的世界里，一辆破旧的二手房车在霓虹灯闪烁的街道上行驶......
