阿宅（蕭敬騰 飾）和他的室友摳男（大鵬 飾）是大學(xué)里的“鐵血純屌絲”，他們最大的夢想就是可以獻身女神。摳男為了接近他的女神川美（謝娜 飾），假扮富二代，在川美身邊神出鬼沒，鬧出很多笑話。而不善于表達的阿宅則通過“計算與奔跑”努力制造出一次次走廊偶遇，來與女神雅玲（江疏影 飾）搭話，但他這些伎倆總會被高冷的雅玲看穿，最后尷尬收場。
