奸臣宇文化以為貪色的皇帝隋煬帝選美為名舉辦大隋小姐比賽，廣征天下美女，實(shí)則暗箱操作，收受賄賂，為自己聚斂財(cái)富?！安豢孔V美女”朱小小（鄧家佳 飾）憑借巨額賄金取得冠軍，而“小家碧玉”姚盈盈（王子文 飾）徒有傾國(guó)傾城之貌，還是被洮汰出局，并被宇文化及劫走。不料隋煬帝接到密報(bào)，降旨要封姚盈盈為冠軍。宇文化及為掩蓋罪責(zé)和滿(mǎn)足私欲，設(shè)計(jì)偷龍轉(zhuǎn)鳳，老實(shí)敦厚的侍衛(wèi)熊赳赳（涂松巖 飾）和賣(mài)咸菜的牛楚楚（李彧 飾）陰差陽(yáng)錯(cuò)成為宇文化及陰謀中的棋子，被抓人大牢，擇日處死。危難關(guān)頭，姚盈盈和牛妻救出二人。二人在無(wú)法擺脫追兵的情況下，跳入萬(wàn)丈寒洞，被封存于千年寒冰之內(nèi)。千年之后，二人被救出，并機(jī)緣巧合，遇到轉(zhuǎn)世為“網(wǎng)絡(luò)美女作家”的朱小小和都市白領(lǐng)姚盈盈……
