年近而立的金光（高晓攀 饰）一直靠父母养活，绝望之下自杀未果，再找工作屡遭挫折，好不容易认识一心仪女孩小麦（张杨果而 饰），结果反而弄巧成拙。万般无奈之下，他尊从父母之命参加相亲，最终以败北告终。金光把一切原因归罪于父母，父亲（由力 饰）也因金光的事突发脑出血住院，这时的金光如梦方醒，感觉自已太不懂事了。小麦帮他找了一份超市收银员的工作，金光总算脱离了啃老的行列。工作后的金光再次向小麦表达爱意，不料小麦告诉他自已早已结婚，金光听后很是失落。这时突接小麦电话求助，她丈夫逃逸中遭遇车祸急需输血，而金光父子的稀有血型救了她丈夫的命......
