群雄并起的战国时代。第六天魔王织田信长逐一击溃强劲对手，离雄霸天下仅仅一步之遥。在此之前，他将次子织田信雄（知念侑李 饰）送到伊势的北畠当女婿，借着信雄之手，当地大名北畠具教（国村隼 饰）被彻底打倒。然而颇令织田信长感到棘手的是，伊势的邻国伊贺是一个藏龙卧虎、杀机四伏的凶险之地。在那里潜伏着被世人称为“虎狼之族”的伊贺忍者。有超级忍者之称的无门（大野智 饰）隶属于百地三太夫（立川谈春 饰）麾下，虽然武功高强，傲慢无比，却只贪图老婆阿国（石原里美 饰）的温柔乡。为了对抗外族入侵，伊贺各族忍者结为军师联盟。直到某一天，织田大军终于踏上伊贺的土地，无门再也无法安享太平……
