不断寻找真爱的女孩娜莉（李诗英 饰）还是给男朋友柳硕（金柱赫 饰）留下一封信后便消失不见。偷偷暗恋娜莉的福南（吴正世 饰）碍于与柳硕的兄弟之情而把这份感情深埋于心。交通女警爱妍（李允芝 饰）刚刚被未婚夫抛弃，只剩下一枚18K戒指以作慰藉。街头混混丙灿（孔行真 饰）从来也不相信爱情，玩世不恭。性格迥异的五位单身男女在找寻真爱的路上波折不断。原本素不相识的都市男女，就这样交织在一段段看似偶然的因缘际会之中，让他们都开始各自重新审视自己的感情。然而发生在他们身上的妙趣故事，又为残酷的现实平添了几分温暖与幸福。
本片翻拍自日本导演内田贤治于2005年拍摄的爱情喜剧《遇人不熟》。
