黑色靈異警探電影《第九分局》由新銳導(dǎo)演王鼎霖執(zhí)導(dǎo)，他表示兩年前接觸到這故事，原本是驚悚偵探風(fēng)格，但他覺得臺(tái)灣比較少這類型的娛樂電影，因此希望能拍成像《星際戰(zhàn)警》、《金牌特務(wù)》老將帶菜鳥的好萊塢雙拍檔商業(yè)片。
由全能製作、華文創(chuàng)、樂到家國(guó)際娛樂、MM2滿滿額娛樂共同出品黑色靈異警探新片《第九分局》，於7月1日上午正式舉行開鏡儀式，監(jiān)製王鈞、葉如芬、陳鴻元，出品人樂到家郝柏翔，編劇張國(guó)立，新銳導(dǎo)演王鼎霖，主要演員澎恰恰、邱澤、溫貞菱、劉奕兒，特別演出的高英軒、小八…等，皆表示對(duì)參與這部臺(tái)灣影壇少見玄幻靈異的黑色警探電影新作充滿期待。而劇組開鏡儀式上，也安排了特別的拜拜祭品。
