十八岁的伊恩（乔什·朱克曼 Josh Zuckerman 饰）一直被好友奚落为“美国最后一个处男”，他一直被发好人卡，泡妞技术还不如14岁的弟弟。在网上认识一个叫“DANIELLE”的女孩后，似乎转机到来了，对方答应只要他前往诺克斯维尔市见他，就会和他发生关系。带着破处的愿望，伊恩与两个好友——万人迷兰斯（克拉克·杜克 Clark Duke 饰）和假小子费莉西亚（阿曼达·克鲁 Amanda Crew 饰）一起上路了。其实费莉西亚是伊恩一直很有好感的女孩，但是她似乎一直钟情兰斯，三个人同行一路，遇到各种爆笑奇事，也渐渐发现自己心底真正的情感需求……
