15岁的高中生科迪（弗朗基·穆尼兹 Frankie Muniz 饰）平凡得不能再平凡。他和所有年轻人一样，喜欢滑板，讨厌功课，爱出风头，但在喜欢的女孩面前却又结结巴巴。正因为他的平凡，毫不引人注目，所以中情局今次把他招了进来。在接受了一系列特训后，科迪接受了他的生平第一 个任务。
