小尼古拉（馬克西姆·戈達(dá)爾 Maxime Godart 飾）深受父母寵愛，在學(xué)校也與一幫朋友玩得開心，這其中包括：想當(dāng)大官的亞斯特Alceste（Vincent Claude 飾）、以后會繼承父業(yè)的杰夫Geoffroy（Charles Vaillant 飾）、夢想成為自行車冠軍在班上卻總是被罰站的克勞岱Clotaire（Victor Carles 飾）、長大要當(dāng)黑道的奧德Eudes（Benjamin Averty 飾）、希望跟老爸一樣成為警察的魯夫Rufus（Germain Petit Damico 飾）以及全班第一名永遠(yuǎn)不會被罰站也是老師（Sandrine Kiberlain 飾）的最愛學(xué)生同時是其他同學(xué)眼中討厭的大蟑螂的阿南Agnan（Damien Ferdel 飾）。 有一天，尼古拉的媽媽（瓦萊麗·勒梅西埃 Valérie Lemercier 飾）建議爸爸（凱德·麥拉德 Kad Merad 飾）請老板及夫人來家里吃飯，以便獲得老板青睞漲工資；但小尼古拉聽到和觀察到的結(jié)果卻讓他以為父母要生個小弟弟，不要他了。沮喪的小尼古拉請求朋友們的幫助，大家七嘴八舌給他出了一堆建議，包括送花、大掃除，甚至找罪犯領(lǐng)養(yǎng)弟弟等荒謬辦法。與此同時，教育部長也要來學(xué)校參觀，班級又換了嚴(yán)厲的代課老師…… 本片根據(jù)由法國作家勒內(nèi)·戈西尼（René Goscinny）創(chuàng)作，漫畫家讓-雅克·桑貝（Jean-Jacques Sempé）配畫的系列同名漫畫故事改編。影片在法國本土上映后一舉拿下全法雙周票房冠軍，并獲2010年凱撒獎最佳改編劇本提名。
